Refunds and Subscriptions
EQUTIP provides a subscription-based service that grants access to exclusive digital content, including blog posts, features and related benefits, for a specified period.
Cooling-off period
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase during which you may cancel your subscription and receive a full refund, provided you have not accessed any of the digital content.
Waiver of cooling-off right
By purchasing a subscription and accessing any part of the exclusive content (including the blog), you expressly request that we begin supplying the digital content immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right to cancel under the cooling-off rules. Once access has been granted, no refund will be issued.
No refunds after access
Because the service consists solely of the supply of digital content (blog access and related features), refunds are not available once you have logged in or otherwise accessed any of the content. This applies to both monthly and longer-term subscriptions.
Cancellation of recurring subscriptions
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until the end of the period already paid for, but no partial or pro-rata refunds will be given for unused time.
Exceptional circumstances
Refunds will only be considered in cases of proven technical failure on our part that permanently prevents access to the content, or where required by applicable UK law.
